Terms
The rules for playing MythFoil. Last updated: 31 October 2026.
The short version
- Be kind. No cheating. Pick a nickname that’s friendly.
- Coins and cards are just for fun. They aren’t worth real money.
- If you break the rules, we can hide your nickname or close your account.
Your account
- One account per person. Keep your password secret, and don’t use someone else’s account.
- Tell us the truth about the year you were born. If you’re under 13, a parent or carer has to agree first.
- Use your own email address (and, if you’re under 13, your parent or carer’s real email).
- You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.
Be kind
- Treat other players the way you’d like to be treated.
- Trades should be fair and honest. Don’t trick people into bad trades.
- If someone upsets you, block them, and tell a grown-up you trust. To report them, email [email protected] (a Report button in the game is coming soon).
Nicknames
- No rude, mean, scary or grown-up words, even if the spelling is changed.
- Don’t use your real name, or anything that tells people where you live or go to school.
- Don’t pretend to be someone else, or to be part of the MythFoil team.
No cheating
- Don’t use tools, scripts or bugs to get Coins, cards or scores you didn’t earn.
- Don’t make extra accounts to give yourself things.
- Found a bug? Tell us instead of using it. Thank you!
Reports, hiding and bans
Our team reads every report. If someone breaks these rules, we may hide their nickname, remove things they made, or ban their account. A banned player can’t log in. We try to be fair. If your account is banned, you’ll see that when you try to log in, and you or a parent or carer can email us to ask why.
Coins and cards
- Coins, cards and other game items have no real-money value. You can’t buy them, sell them for money or swap them for anything outside the game.
- They belong to the game, and you get to use them while you play.
- There are no adverts, and nothing in MythFoil costs money.
The game may change
MythFoil is still being built. We may change, add or remove things, reset parts of the game, or fix balances that went wrong because of a bug. Sometimes the game might be down for a while. If we change these terms in a big way, we’ll tell you in the game.
